Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions for Whitening Supplies
We stand by the quality of our products. However, it’s important to acknowledge that results may vary for each teeth whitening technician or tooth gem professional. Our consent forms clearly communicate the potential for varying results in teeth whitening, regardless of product brand or strength.
Product Absorption
For those unfamiliar with high carbamide peroxide (CP) products, please note that full absorption takes 24 hours. While you may see immediate brightening after product removal, the complete absorption process requires a full day.
For those transitioning from hydrogen peroxide (HP) products, be aware that the CP/HP mix may require some adjustment. Full brightness will be visible within 24 hours, and this approach is healthier as it does not dehydrate teeth like HP products.
Return Policy

No Returns on Oral Health Products: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We cannot guarantee proper care and storage while in your possession, so we cannot resell products with integrity. Therefore, there are NO RETURNS on any intra-oral products.
Storage Recommendations
- Signature Series Gels: Must be refrigerated upon arrival.
- Retail Collection Gels: Can be stored at room temperature; however, refrigeration is advised once opened for optimal results.
Expiry Date
All gels have a minimum expiry date of 1-2 years.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be contacted and then refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
